Pakistani Wajid Ali elects in BWF

A moment of great pride for Pakistan as Mr. Wajid Ali Chaudhry from Lahore has been elected as a Council Member of the Badminton World Federation (BWF). Today The BWF (Badminton World Federation) Annual General Meeting 2025 was held, in Xiamen, China.
Mr. Chaudhry currently holds the prestigious position of Chairman of the Development Committee at Badminton Asia and serves as the Associate Secretary General of the Pakistan Olympic Association. Additionally, he is the esteemed President of the Pakistan Badminton Federation.

President of the Pakistan Olympic Association (POA), Mr. Arif Saeed, and Secretary Muhammad Khalid Mahmood extend their heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Wajid Ali Chaudhry. President Saeed expressed, “It gives us immense pride and joy to congratulate you on your election as a Council Member of the Badminton World Federation (BWF).
