Pakistan Sports Board Reaffirms Affiliation of Pakistan Padel Federation,led by Jehangir Khan and Mansoor Ali Khan as the only affiliated padel body in Pakistan;

Islamabad | 5 November 2026ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) has reaffirmed the affiliation of the Pakistan Padel Federation (PPF) as the PSB-affiliated federation for padel in Pakistan.The Federation is led by President Jehangir Khan and Secretary General Mansoor Ali Khan.According to the official notification, the PSB Board took the decision on 28 October 2026 after considering the report and recommendations of its Sub-Committee. It was formally notified to the Federation through PSB letter No. 9-2/2025-PSB(NF)-P-001-0001, dated 4 November 2026, and reaffirms the Board’s earlier decision of 31 March 2026.The Pakistan Padel Federation is the only padel body in the country affiliated with the Pakistan Sports Board.The Federation will continue to work with provincial associations, clubs and sponsors to build a national calendar of sanctioned events, fair national rankings and a clear pathway for players from club level to the national team.Notice to Players, Clubs and OrganisersThe PSB and PPF have clarified that only tournaments organised or sanctioned by the Pakistan Padel Federation, or by its affiliated provincial associations, are recognised.With immediate effect:Players are advised not to take part in any padel tournament, league or representative event that is not sanctioned by the Federation.Results from unsanctioned events will not count towards national rankings or national team selection.No organisation other than the Pakistan Padel Federation is authorised to select or send players or teams to represent Pakistan.Players who take part in unauthorised events may face action under the Federation’s rules.Clubs, venues and sponsors are requested to confirm a tournament’s sanction status with the Federation before hosting or supporting it.The Federation will publish its list of sanctioned events on its official channels.Reaction from Federation LeadershipCommenting on the decision, Jehangir Khan, President of the Pakistan Padel Federation, said:”We are grateful to the Pakistan Sports Board for its confidence.
