President Pakistan Tennis Federation Aisam-ul-Haq Called on Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi

Lahore – July 9, 2025: President of the Pakistan Tennis Federation, Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi called on Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi. During the meeting, they discussed initiatives for the promotion of tennis in Pakistan. Aisam-ul-Haq informed Chairman Naqvi about the issues related to tennis courts in Islamabad and the shortage of new tennis facilities.

In response, Mohsin Naqvi issued directions to the concerned authorities to resolve the existing problems related to tennis courts in Islamabad. He also assured that new tennis courts will be constructed. Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi reiterated PCB’s full support for the promotion of tennis and emphasized that Pakistan has immense talent not only in cricket but also in tennis. He expressed the hope that Pakistani tennis players would bring pride to the country on the international stage.
He also noted the growing popularity of padel tennis among youth and assured full support to help young people benefit from emerging opportunities in the sport. Mohsin Naqvi confirmed that PCB is ready to fully cooperate with the Pakistan Tennis Federation.Aisam-ul-
